Item description

Antique French painting from the late 19th century. Oil on canvas painting, first canvas, depicting a religious subject, Via Crucis, of good pictorial quality. Painting that develops vertically, with good brightness and great pictorial understanding. It has a reference to the previous ownership at the bottom left (see photo). Work with signs of aging, some color drops and two small holes in the canvas (see photo) in need of restoration. Painting that has undergone conservative restoration with patches on the back (see photo). In beautiful patina, overall in fair condition.
