Cupid disarmed by the three Graces. Engraving in the dotted manner impressed on virgin paper with sanguine ink Engraver: Gabriel SCORODOMOFF, born in St. Petersburg in 1748 and died there in 1792, while still young moved to England where he was a pupil of Bartolozzi, lived in London from 1775 to 1782, engraved subjects by the most famous artists of the time, returned to his hometown and executed the portrait of Empress Catherine from the subject of Angelica KAUFFMAN, famous painter born in Chur on October 30, 1740, died in Rome on November 5, 1807 highly appreciated artist with art in her heart and a particular love for italy. Period: around 1780. In beautiful 19th-century gilded frame with antique blown glass. Size diameter: 38 cm. As always the print is accompanied by the certificate of authenticity.
