Description: Antique French Napoleon III desk in fine exotic wood with finely chiseled gilded bronze application.
The top has a chiseled leather covering surrounded by a gilt bronze border.
The front is punctuated by two drawers embellished with gilded bronze leaf motif handles and vents.
The four corners are decorated with large half-length figures of women typical of the period they belong to.
The sides are surrounded like the front with bronze profiles with a leaf motif.
The opposite face appears to be a mirror image of the main one.
The interiors appear to be in oak wood.
Condition: Restored by our master craftsmen with traditional shellac and handmade alcohol method.
