Item description
Description: Antique Napoleon III coffee table in precious exotic woods with inserts of gilded bronze elements belonging to the second half of the 19th century. The circular top has an inlay in the center depicting a rural scene with characters made with many precious woods. Below the top we find a chessboard also made with contrasting woods. The band under the top is embellished by the presence of a geometric patterned inlay and includes two drawers and two small desks. The four feet have a truncated pyramid shape and end with bronze shoes. Provenance: 19th century France. Condition: Restored by our master craftsmen with traditional shellac and handmade alcohol method. Measurements: Diameter 65cm. Height 78cm. Document: Certificate of Authenticity.
