Item description
Empire round side table made in the first quarter of the 19th century. Wooden structure veneered in walnut and walnut "pedule", top with circular marble insert, band fitted with a drawer, five ebonized wood column struts with chiseled gilt bronze capitals, partially ebonized plinth feet joined by a star-shaped top. Poplar inside. The marble top has been replaced.
