Florentine style sideboard, 1960s-70s. Splendid six-door low sideboard made of fine national walnut both outside and inside. The doors are embellished with olive green genuine leather tableaux with double engraved perimeter edging, one of which is in gold. The olive green leather has lighter marbling on havana shades. Inside each of the three pairs of doors is a walnut shelf. Above the six doors are six walnut drawers with raised perimeter frames. The top is projecting and supported by moldings, while the base is supported by eight solid walnut onion-shaped feet. The handles and hardware are in burnished brass. Handcrafted in Brianza; traditional construction with solid wood and honeycomb panel. Display product in excellent condition except for some slight signs of time, though never used; the top of the sideboard is in excellent condition, showing only a small mark on the polish.
