Description: Antique French Louis Philippe coffee table in maple and mahogany belonging to the 19th century. The circular top is entirely made of maple and is surrounded by a beautiful solid mahogany frame. The band under the top is embellished by the presence of a thick carving of racemes and shells in solid mahogany contrasting with the maple back. The central column has pods and is enriched by the presence of four feet richly carved with a leaf motif with a bird's head in the centre. Condition: Restored by our master craftsmen with traditional shellac and handmade alcohol method. Provenance: 19th century France. Measurements: Diameter 87cm. Height 82cm.
