This refined iridescent ceramic luster vase dates back to the 1930s and is an authentic masterpiece of the Italian Art Déco, created by the famous Fantinelli laboratory of Faenza. With a height of 35 cm and a diameter of 25 cm (body and base), its silhouette is perfectly balanced: a large and almost spherical body, which thinks in a cylindrical neck and opens in a slightly flared edge, ideal for enhancing ornamental flowers or branches.
Model and enamelled entirely by hand, the vase has an iridescent luster surface that captures the light by restoring delicate pearly shades of pink, aquamarine, sage green and ancient gold reflections. A rich relief of stylized waves envelops the central part, creating a dynamic play of lights and shadows and giving the object a pleasant tactile depth.
In the lower section, the glazing evolves in a warm opaque cinnamon shade, and then return to the coldest metal reflections on the foot. The signature "Fantinelli - Faenza", a guarantee of an authentic vintage production, remains imprinted on the bottom. A versatile piece, capable of inserting itself elegantly both in a classic context and in a contemporary setting, perfect as an element of great personality in a collection of art or design.
