Item description
This splendid Italian sideboard is very rare, and also an expressive piece of mid-century Italian design, attributed to La Permanente Mobili Cantù and produced in 1950. The structure consists of two cabinets finished with brass details and a long floating marble on top. The doors conceal large internal compartments equipped with shelves and finished in maple, offering plenty of storage space. In addition, there is a bar compartment, equipped with an internal lighting system, three small drawers, and finished with glass shelves and mirrors on the sides. It is in excellent condition as the pictures show, with minor signs of wear consistent with age, and is now ready for use. It would be a real eye-catcher in any modernist or contemporary interior, whether in the home or office.
