French neoclassical fireplace andirons in 19th century bronze. The andirons are in wrought iron and gilt bronze. The top is decorated with two pine cones, a symbol of prosperity, health and luck. Beautiful bronze decoration and excellent workmanship, which is in fact marked Bouhon 'Fres on the side. Good patina. In original condition.
