Item description

Pair of shell-shaped armchairs in the style of Gio Ponti for Casa & Giardino, 1950s. They capture the iconic shell shape typical of the era, emphasized by a lining that enhances their elegant curves. The wedge-shaped beech wood feet give the armchairs passion and an authentic Mid-Century feel. From a structural point of view, the armchairs are in good condition but the original fabric, after over 70 years, has stains and marks, making reupholstering necessary.
