Oil on panel. Venetian school of the mid-16th century.
The crucified Christ in the center of the scene is surrounded by four saints identifiable by their iconographic signs: on the left, San Francesco and San Girolamo, on the right San Sebastiano and San Rocco.
In the background there is a glimpse of a city, probably Rome, indicating the connection with the Church as an institution.
On the back there is a paper label with number (from a private collection from the 19th century).
The painting is presented in a strip frame.
